Business Days & Holidays

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.

Orders do not ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day


ORDER MINIMUM

In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, account must meet minimum first-time order of $1,500.


SHIPPING

Please allow 4 to 7 business days for order processing. Our customer service team will be in touch if any items on your order are out of stock.
Customers can choose to cancel those items for a refund or receive as a back-order. Back-ordered items have a lead-time of 5-7 weeks.
Nadri Wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground at a flat rate of $10 (USD) within the continental United States. Expedited shipping fees are based on location.  UPS 2nd Day shipping is up to $23 and Next Day Air shipping is up to $46. Actual shipping cost will appear at checkout. 

All orders require signature upon delivery.  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. 

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order ships.


RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

NADRI’s top priority is customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept a return of your wholesale order up to 14 days after the receipt of product.
All items must have the item label attached and not have been worn, used, or damaged and in its original condition and packaging.
Items are eligible for an invoice credit for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.

Returns must be approved by our Sales Team.
To request a Return Authorization Number, please contact us at returns@nadri.com or call 1-201-585-0088.

Returns must be received in one shipment within one week of when the Return Authorization Number is issued.

Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s). A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return is processed.
Please allow up to 10 additional days for the funds to be credited to your original form of payment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return service for return and store credit.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge and all customs/duty fees.
